Philosophies go back generations, even millennia, emerging from leading life in civilisations to politics, or more modern day concepts. In many social constructs religious philosophies find their home in providing a way of life in a structured way from birth to death and beyond which is somewhat contrary to modern day living. Whilst I agree with the notion of diligence and structure to ones life, I am also more inclined to follow a more fluid process to life rather than confine myself to the stages in life. All 3 pillars of my philosophy I believe should be present in all stages of life.
I respect the world we live in, its nature and people around us. To live harmoniously will provide a sustainable future. Having mutual respect for those around us pays dividends in many ways, let alone just doing 'the right thing'.
To achieve anything one must take part, and potentially gain knowledge in order to be successful in any chosen venture. Achievement also includes the balance of money, relationships and fitness.
One possibe clue to the meaning of life could be found in just being 'happy'. Working hard and playing hard are key to a perfect balance.
